Scope:
\nThese scholarships are available for studies in India only and will be awarded through an Agency designated by the State Government\/UT Administration for this purpose.<\/p>\n

Funding Pattern of the Scheme :
\nThe Scheme will be implemented by the State Governments and Union Territory Administrations, which receive 100% central assistance from Government of India for the total expenditure under the scheme.
