College has set up an mechanism to evaluate the attainment level of the as stated COs, PSOs and PO by individual teachers, Department and the college as whole. This mechanism consist a three tier evaluation process. 1) CO achievement evaluation by the individual course by each teachers based on the continuous internal evaluation process including internal examinations, assignments, seminar, project work, viva and seminars. This strategy facilitates the continuous observational and monitoring of the students progression in the attainment of the course outcome. Each programmes offered in each departments have certain set of stated Program specific outcome. A matric mapping methods between COs and PSOs based on the as pre-prepared weightage criteria leads to evaluate whether the PSOs attained or not. College also conduct University level external examination which also taken as the criteria for evaluation of the attainment of PSOs.

The other parameters use to evaluate the COs, PSOs and POs are mainly as follows

  1. Internal examinations: As per schedule in the academic calendar of the college formative assessment carried out as internal examination under supervision of the institutional internal exam coordinators. Each faculty members set their question in questions paper to assess attainment of each course outcomes.
  2. Assignments: Two assignments in each semester are given to students and are taken into account for the internal assessment. The assignment are also plan in a sucha way that to evaluate the outcome attainment
  3. Seminars: ICT enabled seminars are assigned to students and the assessment is done by a group of teachers. Weightage in internal assessment is given according to the performance in seminar.
  4. Projects and Viva-Voce: project and Viva-Voce conducted a the end of the program by the Mahatma Gandhi University also taken as measure of learning outcomes of the students
  5. University examinations: Formative assessments are conducted by the University and practical examinations for the lab oriented programmes are also conducted to evaluate the program outcome.
  6. Result Ananlysis: Analysis is done after each and every examination at the department level. Program wise and course wise analysis gives an account about the program outcome and course outcome.
  7. Feedback: Feedback is collected from stakeholders to analyze the student performance and hence the program specific outcome. Suggestions are taken from alumni also. Remedial measures are effectively implemented to improve the program specific outcome.
  8. Analysis of status of higher education and employment: Each department takes necessary steps to update and analyze the status of progression to higher education. College is keeping a database of student placement details and it is used to analyse the status and progression of employment.
